Precautions for the use of laboratory secret refining machines
The closed rubber smelting machine is referred to as the mixer, also known as the kneading machine, which is mainly used for the plastic and mixing of rubber. Let me tell you about the precautions for the use of laboratory mixers.
1. Regularly test the insulation effect of each line of the closed rubber training machine, and always pay attention to the warning content on the warning board of the machine.
2. When the active part and the mixing chamber are blocked, do not use your hands or iron rods to reach inside, but use plastic rods to handle carefully.
3. When contacting the high-temperature part of the closed rubber trainer, please be careful not to be burned.
4. When there is powder leakage or the sealing ring screams, first loosen the four screw caps evenly and then screw in some, and then add some material oil or engine oil to the rotor gap in the mixing chamber, and then idle for 3-5 minutes while gently tapping a few times with a hammer on the perimeter of the sealing ring gland on the spring side, such as also leaking powder and then adjust the tightness of individual springs, if the sealing ring gland and the side plate sink of the mixing chamber are very close, the sealing ring inside has been worn and needs to be replaced, and the method of replacing the sealing ring is shown in the manual.
5. Pay special attention: check the oil level and lubrication status of each gear oil, engine oil and butter before starting the machine every day, and pay more attention to the oil level of the triad oil cup every day shall not be less than half.
6. When the closed rubber training machine fails, stop the action of the machine in the first time, and the unrelated personnel shall not make any action without authorization, notify and wait for your company's mechanics to check and maintain.
Compared with the laboratory mill, the closed rubber refiner uses the internal design of the blade to produce the regular contraction of space when the relative movement of the blade to generate shear force, without manual operation, saving labor, and can be used to process materials that are difficult to plasticize.
